Step 1: If the complaint involves a situation in the classroom, parents should seek to resolve the issue with the Classroom Teacher in a manner that is not disruptive to the learning environment via email or a scheduled meeting. Please be sure to have all the facts.
Step 2: If a resolution with the classroom faculty is not possible, or if the complaint is with a school-wide policy or procedure:
a. the parent should seek to resolve the issue with the Assistant Principal or Principal via email or a scheduled meeting.
b. Contact the School Representatives.
