At Plato Academy Schools, we believe in fostering excellence both on and off the field. Today, we’re thrilled to share that our very own Athletic Director, Justin L Davis, has been officially recognized as a Certified Athletic Administrator by the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (NIAAA).

What Does This Certification Mean?

The NIAAA Certified Athletic Administrator (CAA) distinction is a mark of professionalism and expertise in interscholastic athletic administration. To earn this honor, Justin completed a comprehensive certification process, which included:

  • A thorough review of his educational background and professional experience
  • Demonstrated leadership and contributions to athletic administration
  • Passing a rigorous written examination covering all aspects of athletic leadership

This voluntary certification is held by only a select group of athletic administrators nationwide, highlighting Justin’s commitment to excellence and ongoing professional development.

Why This Matters for Plato Academy Schools

Having a Certified Athletic Administrator at the helm of our athletic programs means our student-athletes, coaches, and school community benefit from the highest standards in sports leadership, ethics, and safety. Justin’s achievement ensures our athletic programs continue to be guided by best practices and a passion for student success.
