On December 14, 2024, the National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) at Plato Academy Clearwater invited middle school families and staff to join them in a meaningful community service project. Together, they cleaned up a one-mile stretch of Belcher Road, showcasing their commitment to environmental responsibility and community pride.

Together, this dedicated group collected and removed approximately 65 pounds of trash, helping to keep Clearwater cleaner and greener.
NJHS students exemplified leadership, teamwork, and care for their community, working alongside family members, staff, and even an alumnus who returned to support the effort.

The next Adopt-a-Highway cleanup for Plato Academy Clearwater is tentatively scheduled for March 8, 2025. All families and staff are encouraged to participate and continue this fantastic initiative.
