Plato Academy Schools proudly hosted the 2024 Greek Language Certification Awards Ceremony last Thursday, honoring students who excelled in their Greek language exams. This international certification, organized annually by the Center for the Greek Language in Thessaloniki, recognizes students’ proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Greek.
The ceremony was attended by school principals, the academic director, the director of staff development, teachers, families, and friends, all coming together to celebrate the students’ success and acknowledge the dedication of their families and teachers who supported them throughout their learning journey. By passing the A1 (twelve students) and A2 (four students) level exams, they demonstrated their ability to use Greek effectively, acquiring a valuable skill that strengthens their connection to Greek heritage and culture.
